Daniel Okafor spent four years as a warehouse quality inspector checking inbound apparel and footwear before moving into product writing. At this desk he runs the bench: he places the six-item basket orders, measures the garments, photographs the QC sets and writes the workflow verdicts. He has covered shopping-agent services for eight years and has measured more than 600 pairs of sneaker insoles for the desk's fit notes.

How I test
Daniel opens every parcel on the bench with a scale on one side and a tape measure on the other. He records insole length, chest width, sleeve length and total parcel weight, compares them with the listing, and photographs the QC set alongside the received item so readers can judge the gap themselves. He runs the scripted support question at the same hour for both services.
