Who we are
ACBuy Kako Compare is a small editorial desk based in Porto, Portugal, founded in 2021. We cover the practical side of shopping-agent services, mainly ACBuy and Kakobuy: how fast an order is submitted, how long QC photos take to appear, how consolidation is priced, and where a shipping handoff slows down. Our testing team orders the items itself, pays the agent fees itself, and logs every stage with timestamps.
The desk is three editors and a shared bench. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell agent services or items. Our output is timed comparison pages, workflow breakdowns and short verdicts written in plain language for readers who just want to know which desk handles their order with fewer surprises.
How we work
We run the same six-item basket through both services: one pair of sneakers, one hoodie, one small bag, one accessory set, one home item and one deliberately awkward oversized item. Every stage is photographed against a wall clock, so a 14-hour QC turn is a photograph and not an estimate. Where a service behaves differently by region or by shipping line, we say which line we used.
We publish numbers we can defend: median times from three runs, fee totals in the currency we were charged, and notes on packaging condition on arrival. Where we disagree inside the desk, the published page says so and shows both timings.
